Time to be Present...

The only difference between meditating to be present and just being present is the time we spend meditating.  There is nothing wrong with meditating until it becomes its own distraction.  The point to being present, to being in the moment, is to live.  We can sit, stand, walk or talk; we can be quiet or rambunctious; just be here and not there.

Peace,

Anton Elohan

  1. Anton's system of meditation really helps people take the path of least resistance to connecting with their true self. It's not so much adding a new thought as it is peeling old ones away. Peeling away the layers of corrosion that have built up around our mind. Preventing us from seeing who we really are.

The beauty of his approach is that he's not telling you how to live your life. He's not telling you what's true or false or how to feel. Anton is simply trying to show you the easiest way to find harmony. Allowing life to happen rather than forcing it.

  2. LOVE the simplicity of this post and the comment from Axiom Wolf - and therefore, I have nothing else to add!
    Simple Truth.

    Thanks, Anton!

  3. I am loving your posts Anton. Especially since lately I am discovering my own way of letting go of the stuff that has been stuck to me for way too long. For so many years I have read this book and that book to help me discover who I am and how I should be feeling. Now I am just feeling the way I wish to feel in the moment. I am being present and in that I am finding so much peace, nothing any book could have described to me.

  4. AW: Yup, you got it--allowing, not forcing. This doesn't mean not including our own energy in the mix, but allowing them to dance together in a harmony...

    SJA: Whales good!

Jenn: Learning about living from any kind of teaching can be problematic if we don't release what we have learned and live! The pathway is not the destination, the destination is not the journey and the natural self is none of the above.

Peace to all and thanks for stopping by!
